We price per room — not per square foot, not per hour. Each room is capped at 250 sq ft. Larger open areas (great rooms, basements) count as two rooms. We tell you the total before we start — always. Our minimum covers 2–3 small rooms. No job too small — we show up and do it right.

Level 1 vs. Level 2 Cleaning
We assess your carpet's soil level on arrival and recommend the right level. You always approve before we proceed.

Do you charge by the room or by square footage?
By the room, with a 250 sq ft cap per room. This makes pricing simple and predictable. Large open areas (great rooms, finished basements) count as two rooms.
What if my room is smaller than 250 sq ft?
You still pay the per-room rate. The 250 sq ft cap is a maximum — smaller rooms are priced the same. Our $140 minimum applies to the whole job.
Can I get a price over the phone?

Why do some companies advertise $25/room?
Those are teaser rates. They typically require a minimum number of rooms, then add fees for pre-treatment, deodorizer, and "heavy soil" once they're in your home. Our rates include everything listed above — no bait-and-switch.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
Yes! Book more than one service (carpet + upholstery, carpet + tile, etc.) and save 10–20%. Mention it when you call or schedule online.
How do I know which level I need?
Your technician will assess your carpet on arrival and recommend the right level. You approve the price before we start — no pressure.
